Positive: Heaps of parking in the basement, not to far from the airport
Negative: Requested slit beds in room 2 and was not done. Requested parking but no instructions sent after speak to reception. Beds are terrible, pool was closed and very noisy with the tram.

Positive: Great location, quiet but close to the NewMarket shopping center and train station. Tram stop is 30 seconds from the front door. Room is comfortable, tidy and clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Negative: Room Service did NOT come as scheduled, this is poor. NO wine opener in the room and Not even at the front desk. I had to go to the shopper center to buy.
Summary: Overall still my favorite apartment

Positive: Very close to the tram stop. Easy check in.
Negative: Room was darker than expected. Room affected by traffic noise at night. Bathroom floor felt slippery and toilet didn’t flush as smoothly as expected.
Summary: Our stay was comfortable overall, but as older guests, maybe not for us.
